1. What Cubely is

Cubely is a platform that helps companies find, evaluate, and engage interior design and fit-out consultants, and helps consultants find and be discovered for relevant projects. Cubely is not a party to any agreement, engagement, or payment between a company and a consultant firm - those relationships are between you and the other party, on whatever terms you agree between yourselves.

Cubely currently serves projects and consultant firms based in India. We may expand to other countries in the future; until then, matching, benchmarks, and support are built and tuned for the Indian market.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in works via a one-time link sent there. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including project details and consultant profile information.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Cubely to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake credentials, fake references, or fake project listings), to harass another user, to scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform, or to attempt to circumvent any security or access control. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.

4. Self-declared information; no independent verification

Consultant firm profiles - including certifications, licensing, insurance, and references - are self-reported by the firm and shown to companies as submitted. Cubely does not independently verify this information today (we don't check license registries, contact insurance carriers, or confirm references ourselves), and no status shown on the platform should be read as a guarantee of a firm's credentials, work quality, financial standing, or fitness for any particular project. Some information about consultant firms may also be surfaced or summarized with the help of AI-based tools, which can be incomplete or mistaken. Companies are solely responsible for their own due diligence - including independently confirming any licensing, insurance, references, or other credentials that matter to them - before engaging any consultant found through Cubely, and Cubely is not responsible for the outcome of any engagement between a company and a consultant.

5. Fees and plans

Some features are free; others require a paid plan, as described on our Plans page at the time you subscribe. Fees are billed as stated at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Cubely is provided “as is.” We work to keep matching and reporting features accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any match, benchmark, or report is complete or error-free. Several features - including live firm search, match scoring, and generated summaries - are AI-assisted; AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong, so it should inform your judgment, not replace it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubely is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from any engagement you enter into with another user.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@cubelyhq.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use Cubely after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law and contracting entity

Cubely is operated by iDream Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, without prejudice to any other rights available to either party by law.
